For our buyers abroad, Emil manages the entire export process — from machine selection to commissioning. We price according to your preferred Incoterm, prepare the documents your country requires and follow the shipment all the way to your door or port.

Common questions about export
Which delivery terms do you offer?
We work with Incoterms® 2020, mainly EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP. Simply state your preferred term in your quote request.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the model, quantity and line configuration. A firm delivery date is stated in the proforma invoice.
Which documents are shipped with the machines?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the CE declaration of conformity are standard; country-specific documents are prepared on request.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Commissioning is done remotely or by an on-site visit of our technical team, with operator training and manuals.
How are spare blades and parts supplied?
Blades and wear parts are supplied directly from the manufacturer. With the MBS-800 knife sharpening machine you can also sharpen blades in your own plant.
